Questions, answered
Do I need my own insurance?
No. Insurance is included in every plan from the moment you take the keys. If the car is damaged, your out-of-pocket is capped at a $1,000 deductible.
What happens if the car breaks down or gets damaged?
Call us and we get you into another car. Repairs, service scheduling and the bill are ours to handle — your week shouldn't stop because a car did.
What's the difference between the mileage plans?
The capped plan includes 500 miles per week, which suits most everyday driving. The unlimited plan removes the mileage ceiling if you spend long days on the road. Every plan includes charging.
Which cars can I choose from?
Our current Bay Area fleet is all-electric — Model 3, Model Y and Model S — around 120 cars. We're adding more makes and models as we grow, so tell us what you'd like to drive.
How long is the commitment?
Plans are billed weekly with no long-term contract. Keep the car as long as it works for you, and give us notice when you're done.
